Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Godwin Emefiele is a registered member of the All Progressives Party (APC).
This was disclosed by the Chairman of Ward 6 in the Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State, Mr Nduka Erikpume.
This is coming two days after the CBN governor’s associates bought him the N100 million Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for president under the platform of the APC.
Mr Erikpume, in an interview with The Punch on Sunday, said the CBN governor had registered as an APC member.
The ward chairman said, “Yes, he has registered since February 2021. He is our member.”
The CBN governor said he needed some days to decide on his presidential ambition.
