Two All Progressives Congress (APC) have lost their polling units to the Social Democratic Party (SDP) governorship candidate, Chief Segun Oni.
The lawmakers are Senator Olubunmi Adetunmbi, representing Ekiti-North senatorial district and Richard Bamisile, representing Emure/Gbonyin/Ekiti-East at the House of Representatives..
Oni polled 253 votes at Senator Adetunmbi polling unit 3, ward 1, Ido Osi LGA, even as the SDP candidate got 87 against APC’s 74 at the Rep Basmile’s polling unit 5, ward 5, Ekiti-East LGA respectively.
