The Department of State Services (DSS) on Monday released Salihu Tanko-Yakassai, former media aide to Kano state Governor Abdullahi Ganduje.
One of Salihu’s brother Abdullahi Tanko Yakasai confirmed this on his twitter page Monday night.
The DSS had arrested Salihu on Friday, hours after he was sack by Ganduje for criticising the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), over insecurity.
