The Department of State Service (SSS) has said denied involvement in the invasion of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) Headquarters known as Paschal Bafyau Labour House in the Central Are of Abuja.
It stated this on its X, adding that it did not “carry out any operation at the NLC office in Abuja.”
The NLC had alleged late Wednesday night that security operatives forced theis ways into the secretariat.
NLC spokesperson Benson Upah in a statement said the operatives carted away books and files in the second Floof of the complex. in the security raid on the headquarters of the Nigeria Labour Congress on Wednesday night.
Some of the security operatives were plain-clothed, with the NLC suggesting they could have been DSS operatives.
The police were yet to speak on the raid as of the time of this report.
