Abba Bichi, son of the Director General of the Department of State Services (DSS), has received a five-bedroom duplex at Hilltop Estate, Apo, Abuja.
The Group Managing Director of BSTAN, Engr. Becky Olubukola, said while inaugurating Abba Bichi as the youth ambassador of Home Titan Network, one of the group’s housing products, in Abuja on Thursday, that the duplex is worth N90 million.
Olubukola said they found Bichi “worthy of this role because he is not given to ethnic sentiments, he is a patriotic Nigerian who believes in the future of the country and he has the wisdom of an elder.”
She explained that the house was one of its Home Titans Network’s products.
Bichi, in his remarks, appreciated the group for the honour and gift, while appreciating his family and friends for their support.
“This is not for me alone but this is for the youth. Know that wherever you are, strive to achieve greatness,” he said.
Bichi had on November 2 described Obinna Iyiegbu, popularly known as Obi Cubana, as a man of honour and dignity, after Cubana was arrested and interrogated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over allegations of money laundering and tax evasion.
Bichi, a footballer and a former Golden Eaglet, showed in his Instagram page how close he was to Cubana through his numerous posts and pictures showing them together.
In one of the posts, Bichi, a footballer and a former Golden Eaglet, described Cubana as “my big bros.”
