The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed 1,867 new cases of coronavirus infection in the country.
The NCDC disclosed on its twitter page on Friday that total confirmed COVID-19 cases now stands at 107, 345, while 1,413 have so far died from the disease.
It stated that 84,535 infected persons have so far been discharged from isolation centres across the country.
