The Kano State Government has instructed civil servants to stay at home for some time as part of steps to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the state.
The Commissioner for Information, Malam Muhammad Garba announced this on Tuesday, saying that the decision was taken by Governor Abdullahi Ganduje after a stakeholder meeting on Monday.
The meeting was held after schools reopened across the state on Monday.
