Katsina State Police Command on Wednesday announced restriction of pedestrian and vehicular movements on some major roads in the state ahead of President Muhammadu Buhari’s visit to the state on Thursday.
The command’s spokesperson, Gambo Isa, said in a statement that Buhari will be in the state to commission the Zobe Regional Water Supply and the newly built Tsatskiya road.
The roads affected are: Dutsinma – Kankara, Dutsinma – Tsatskiya and two other adjoining roads to the venue of the two events.
He called on members of the public to avoid the affected roads and seek alternative routes.
