BUA Cement on Thursday in Abuja restated its commitment to the happiness and satisfaction of its customers across the country.

The Managing Director/Chief Executive of BUA Cement PLC, Mr Yusuf Binji, said this at the inauguration of BUA Cement scratch and win Promo tagged, “Win with the King.”

Represented by Mr Jacques Piekarski, Chief Financial officer of BUA Cement, Binji said the promo was to reward the company’s customers.

In furtherance of the company’s commitment to giving the best to its customers, Binji said BUA Cement would strive to identify their needs and provide solutions.

According to Binji, the company is ensuring the right blend of technology and services to create happiness and satisfaction for its customers.

“What informed the promo to BUA Cement customers and its distributors is that we like to support our customers.

“It is important to have them along with us and also in line with the future expansion of the company.

“We need to ensure that our customers are going to continue with us and in a way it is to reward them.

“In addition, we need to use this to sustain ourselves and also to continue to build our brand awareness,” Binji said.

The Director of Marketing, BUA Cement, Alhaji Nasir Ladan, said the “Win with the King” promo was chosen to align with the company’s slogan “The King of Strength.”

Ladan said items to be won in the promo which would run from Aug. 10 to Oct. 31 were N1 million each for 16 raffle draw participants and star prizes of four MG5 executive salon cars manufactured by GAC motors.

Other prizes include free bags of BUA cement, tricycle trucks, generators, android phones, t-shirts and free airtime and lamps.

Representative of National Lottery Regulatory Commission (NLRC), Mrs Chinyere Anyekwa, said the promo was licensed.

She said participating in the promo meant contributing to the lottery fund for good causes.

Anyekwa wished BUA Cement a hitch-free promotional lottery experience.

Similarly, Alhaji Dauda Waja, Representative of Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC), urged BUA Cement to be transparent in the process.

He assured that the FCCPC would monitor the exercise to ensure full compliance with regulations.

“We want to see transparency in the promo because at the end the FCCPC will request the phone numbers of all the winners for us to confirm that they have gotten all the items they won.

“And if a winner of any of the items does not get it he can complain to FCCPC,” Waja said.
