Speaker of the Lagos State House of Assembly, Mojisola Meranda, has resigned.
She resigned on Monday after chairing the plenary.
Mudashiru Obasa, the impeached speaker, was reinstated following her resignation.
Mr Obasa earlier met with the 35 members of the Lagos legislature.
