The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has arrested former Kogi State Governor Yahaya Bello over N110 billion alleged fraud.
The anti-graft officials are currently grilling the former governor who has been declared wanted for almost a year.
On November 14, the EFCC had during the hearing at Federal High Court Abuja, sought for adjournment till November 27 in the fresh case it instituted against Mr Bello.
It said the 30 days window was still running for the summons earlier issued.
