Former President Muhammadu Buhari has died in London at the age of 82.
He died in a London clinic at about 4.30pm on Sunday.
His death was confirmed by his former spokesperson Garba Shehu.
Buhari was elected president from 2015 to 2023. He earlier served as military head of state between 1983 to 1985.

INNA LILLAHI WA INNA ILAIHIRRAJIUUN.
The family of the former president has announced the passing on of the former president, Muhammadu Buhari, GCFR, this afternoon in a clinic in London.
May Allah accept him in Aljannatul Firdaus, Amin.
