Bandits have raided Daza community in Munya Local Government Area of Niger State seizing unknown number of people.
Witnesses said many residents had fled their homes.
The bandits reportedly invaded the community around 5pm on Thursday and kidnapped many people.
A resident of the community, Nurudeen Isyaku Daza, said the bandits had been operating unchallenged.
“As I speak with you, we cannot tell exact number of people kidnapped because bandits are in the community operating. Many people have fled,” he said.
As at the time of filing this report, no authority is yet to issue a statement or act on the latest attack by the terrorists.
