The former Governor Attahiru Dalharu Bafarawa has commissioned two roads reconstructed by the APC-led administration in the state.
Commissioning the projects on Friday, Bafarawa, who is a chieftain of PDP, said the development of the state was more dearer to him than partisanship.
“As an elder statesman, I will always identify myself with anything that will bring development of our dear state.
“The era of politicking is over. We should therefore put our differences aside and work towards the development of our dear state.
In his remarks, Governor Aliyu reiterated his commitment to human and infrastructural development in the state.
The Modi Yabo and Danchadi were reconstructed at the cost of N711 million, the governor said.
