The candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Atiku Abubakar, has won the presidential elections in Kaduna State.
Atiku won won in 14 Local Government Areas, Labour Party in 7, and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) won only two LGs.
The result was declared by the the INEC returning officer Prof. Muhammad Zayyan Umar, at the state collation centre.
He said Atiku got 554,360 votes ahead of APC’s Bola Tinubu’s 399,293 votes, a difference of 155,067.
Peter Obi’s Labour Party polled 294,494 votes, and Rabiu Kwankwaso of the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP) got 92,962 votes
