The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) has won all the 44 chairmanship and 484 councilorship seats in Kano, the Kano State Independent Electoral Commission (KANSIEC) has announced Sunday night.
KANSIEC chairman, Professor Garba Ibrahim Sheka, said even though minor errors were recorded, the local government polls was largely successful and peaceful.
Professor Sheka commended the state government for not interfering in the electoral process.
