All Progressives Congress (APC) has rescheduled the commencement of sale of Expression of Interest and Nomination Forms to its aspirants earlier fixed for Saturday, April 23, 2022.
A new date is expected to fixed by the party’s leadership on Monday, it was learnt.
The National Executive Committee (NEC) of the party had approved the timelines for sale of nomination forms to aspirants to commence this Saturday.
However, it was gathered that printers handling the job had not delivered the forms as at close of work on Friday.
Reports quoting a party source who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the sale of forms would begin as soon as the forms are delivered to the secretariat and logistics fine-tuned.
“The delay is because the contractor did not deliver the forms as at close of work on Friday, but may deliver before the weekend runs out.
“If that happens, sale of forms could begin on Monday or Tuesday.
“The party’s National Working Committee will determine the new date,’’ the source was quoted to have said.
