The National Caucus and National Executive Committee meetings of the All Progressives Congress will hold on Monday, December 15, 2025, and Tuesday, December 16, 2025, respectively.
The APC National Secretary, Senator Ajibola Basiru, who announced this on the party website on Wednesday, said the meetings are set to take place at the Banquet Hall, Presidential Villa, Abuja, FCT.
The National Caucus meeting is fixed for 6:00 pm, while the NEC meeting is slated for Tuesday, 16th December 2025, at 12:00 PM.
The National Caucus is one of the organs of the party under Article 11 of the APC Constitution and the NEC is one of the organs of the party under Article 13.1 of the APC Constitution.
Those who constitute the national Caucus are the National Chairman, Deputy National Chairmen (North and South), National Secretary, Deputy National Secretary, National Legal Adviser, National Treasurer, National Organising Secretary, National Woman Leader, National Youth Leader, National Leader of Persons Living with Disabilities, past and present Presidents and Vice Presidents of Nigeria who are party members, presidential and vice presidential candidates,
Others are past and present Senate and House leaders, serving and past governors, state party chairmen, former National Chairmen and Secretaries, Zonal Chairmen, and other designated representatives.
The NEC has as members the National Chairman, Deputy National Chairmen (North and South), National Secretary, Deputy National Secretary, National Legal Adviser, Deputy Legal Adviser, National Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer, National Organising Secretary, Deputy Organising Secretary, National Financial Secretary, National Publicity Secretary, National Auditor, Deputy Auditor and Deputy Welfare Secretary
The others are National Woman and Youth Leaders, Deputy Leaders, State Chairmen, zonal representatives, and members elected by the National Convention, among others.
