Governors elected on the platform of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Sunday night, met in Abuja to deliberate on issues affecting the party.
They met behind closed doors at the Kebbi state Governor’s Lodge in Asokoro at about 8:pm Sunday night.
Those in attendance included the host and Kebbi governor, Abubakar Atiku Bagudu, his counterparts from Kogi and Nasarawa.
Others were governors of Katsina, Plateau, Ekiti, Jigawa, Kano, Kwara, Imo, Borno, Ebonyi, Lagos, Zamfara, Niger, Ogun, Cross River, Osun, Yobe, Gombe and Kaduna States.
Although the agenda of the meeting was not made public but sources said the national convention of the party and issues relating to zoning were discussed.
