The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Friday presented a Certificate of Return to the Anambra State Governor-elect, Prof. Charles Soludo.
The certificate was presented to Soludo in Awka, the Anambra State capital.
The former governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, emerged the winner of the just concluded governorship election in the state.
Soludo, the candidate of All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, was declared winner of the November 6 election by INEC, after polling 112,229 votes.
