The Nigeria Police Force have said nobody was killed during the Anambra State governorship supplementary election in the Ihiala Local Government Area of the state.
Unconfirmed reports alleged that men of the Nigerian Army patrolling around the distribution and collation centre at the Ihiala Local Government Headquarters shot dead a yet-to-be-identified man.
However, the police denied knowledge of the incident.
The Zone 13 Police Headquarters Public Relations Officer, Nkeiru Nwode, said nothing of such happened.
