Former Senator Philip Aduda has denounced his membership of the Peoples Democratic Party, citing ongoing crises within the party.
Aduda, who represented the Federal Capital Territory, communicated his resignation in a March 17, 2026, letter addressed to the chairman of the PDP in Karu Ward, Abuja.
He said his resignation is with immediate effect, just as he said “I remain grateful for the opportunity the party gave me to serve in various elective positions in our nation.
“Please, accept the assurances of my high esteem.”
He was, however, silent on which party he would join, but it is expected that soon he would join the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).
