Chief Magnus Abe has disowned Igo Aguma, former chairman of the faction of the All Progressives Congress (APC) he led in Rivers State.
Aguma had resigned as APC caretaker chairman in Rivers state, immediately the Supreme Court sacked his leadership.
Abe said Monday that Aguma was an ally of the Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi.
“Chief Igo Aguma as you would recall became chairman by virtue of a court judgement when he tried to intervene in a crisis. He was actually a member of the Minister’s faction,” he said.
