A house wife, Victoria Rabo, abducted at the Aviation Quarters, Jos, Plateau State, has been released her captors.
The woman was abducted when gunmen invaded the quarters at about 8pm on Thursday.
The Commissioner of Police in Plateau State, Edward Egbuka, confirmed her release on Friday.
Egbuka said the victim was released at about 7pm on Friday following the pressure mounted by security operatives on the abductors in the bush since the incident happened.
Victoria was released after her abductor had contacted her family to demand the sum of N10 million as ransom.
But neither the police nor the victim’s family disclosed if any ransom was paid before she was released.
