APC/Ododo legal team storms out from Kogi election tribunal

The legal team of the All Progressives Congress APC and Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo has angrily walked out of Kogi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal on Wednesday after objections to halt the display of BVAS contents by PW1 was overruled.

The representatives for the Independent All Progressives Congress and Usman Ododo; include Abdulwahab Mohammed (SAN) and M.Y. Abdullahi, SAN; respectively.

At the resumed hearing of the tribunal sitting in the National Judicial Institute, Airport Road, Abuja, there was presentation of BVAS evidence which displayed conflicting figures from the November 11th 2023 gubernatorial election in Kogi State.

Some of the figures revealed by the BVAs for Okene Local government showed that total vote cast superseded that of accredited voters. They are as follows.
