Nigerians workers have declared to go on strike on Wednesday over the beating and abduction of their President, Joe Ajaero.
The organised labour comprising of Nigeria Labour Congress and Trade Union Congress of Nigeria made the declaration in a press briefing on Friday in Abuja
The leaders of the organized labour said the Federal Government has been given a six-point demand, including the immediate removal of the Commissioner of Police, Imo State, and Area Commander, among other officials, for their alleged complicity in the brutalization and humiliation of Ajaero and other workers.
