Super Eagles coach Gernot Rohr says he is optimistic that the Super Eagles will take the three points in its upcoming match with Squirrels of Benin Republic at the Stade Charles de Gaulle on Saturday.
In case Sierra Leone fails to pick all three points against Lesotho in Maseru, the Eagles is guaranteed for the final tournament in Cameroon before kick-off in Porto Novo.
Failure by the Leone Stars to pick all three points will automatically mean Nigeria and Benin are through to Cameroon.
The Super Eagles camp in Lagos is already completed with the late arrival of prolific striker, Kelechi Iheanacho.
Training sessions started on Tuesday March 23 in Lagos, and the coach says he has started assessing their physique by doing some running, jogging and ball work.
