President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday performed the traditional laying of wreath marking the end of activities of the 2021 Armed Forces Remembrance Day.
The president led Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Senate President Ahmed Lawan, House of Representatives Speaker Femi Gbajabiamila, the chief justice, security chiefs, and members of the diplomatic corps to lay wreath in honour of the fallen heroes.
The event was held at the National Arcade, opposite the Eagles Square, Abuja.
