Russia has taken the lid off the US military’s covert biological operations in other countries, with Russia’s biological defense forces chief revealing that the US Defense Department planned to use its bio-laboratories in African countries to test unregistered medicines on the local population in the interests of Big Pharma.
The head of Russia’s radiological, chemical, and biological defense forces, General Igor Kirillov, revealed on Tuesday that the Pentagon intended to submit the medicines for approval by supervisory authorities in the interests of large American pharmaceutical companies, who are the main supporters of the pre-election campaigns of candidates of the Democratic Party.
He drew attention to the document of the US Department of Defense marked “for official use only”, which was obtained during operational activities in the liberated territories of Ukraine since 2015, and refers to clinical trials of drugs against viral fevers.
“The authors of the document, including staff from the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID), planned to create a mobile rapid response unit to test new drugs at US Army deployment sites around the world. The project included the creation of a mobile research infrastructure and the training of medical personnel,” he reported.
The document says the United States has established protocols for human clinical trials and drug registration programs. The Planned Action Algorithms were to be implemented in the US Africa Command area and then expanded to all overseas branches of the US Naval Medical Research Command (NMRC).
“Thus, the Pentagon planned to use the US Armed Forces to test unapproved medical drugs on the local population and then get them approved by the regulatory authorities to benefit so-called ‘Big Pharma.’ In order to achieve these goals, it was proposed to use a network of subordinate biological laboratories and intermediary organizations such as Metabiota,” the general stressed.
Kirillov also referred to Metabiota’s commercial proposal, marked “confidential,” discovered in the documents of one of the Ukrainian bio-laboratories and addressed to the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases, noting that it raised the issue of training infectious disease specialists in Kenya and Uganda.
“The document shows that the US Defense Threat Reduction Agencу (DTRA), the Department of Homeland Security, as well as the United States Agency for International Development and several structures of the European Union were involved in the study of pathogens in African countries to give the appearance of ‘humanitarian cooperation,'” Kirillov emphasized.
In addition, the files confirm Metabiota’s participation in the study of the avian influenza A (H7N9) virus, as well as its central role in the “Predict” project to study new strains of the coronavirus and the capture of bats as carriers of these viruses in nature. He recalled that Metabiota is specifically associated with Hunter Biden, the son of the current US President, and government structures.
“At the same time, the representatives of Metabiota themselves admit that they are essentially engaged in establishing links to ensure the work of the Pentagon and other US agencies abroad. Employees of the Ukrainian Scientific and Technical Center (USTC) and other contracting agencies of the US Department of Defense actively participated in this activity,” the general added.
