The Wazin Patigi, in Patigi local government area of Kwara state, Alhaji Usman Ndalolo, is dead.
He died in Abuja on Wednesday after a brief illness.
Ndalolo, a astute administrator and a traditional title holder whose contribution to the development of his communty and Kwara State is unquantifiable, a family member said.
He was former chairman Edu local government from 1987 to 1989, and Patigi local local government area from 1997 to 1998.
Ndalolo was a philanthropist who had helped thousands of the less previleged in his immediate community and beyond.
He was the husband to former Minister of State for Health, Hajiya Amina Ndalolo. And father of Major General Abubakar Sadique Ndalolo, Nigeria’s military attache to the United Kingdom.
He was buried in Abuja according to Islamic rites.
