After winning their fifth Premier League championship in as many years, Manchester City’s stars praised the club as “unstoppable” and one of the best squads in league history. City sealed the deal in spectacular fashion by defeating Chelsea 1-0 for their 12th straight league victory after Arsenal’s defeat to Nottingham Forest on Saturday made it clear that they could not be overcome. Kyle Walker, a defender, said to Sky Sports: “Of course, every single one is a very important occasion.
“I think coming back with just requiring a win out of one of the three games is great. I think we weren’t at the top of the league for as long as we were.
“This collection of guys is unmatched. They are professionals and winners, and I believe that is how we succeed most of the time. But our work isn’t done yet. We play in the FA Cup against Manchester United, a team we loathe, and then play in the Champions League final. On June 3, City will compete against United in the FA Cup final. A week later, City will play Inter Milan in their quest for their first Champions League victory.
