The Maiduguri Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) on Friday, arraigned one Ibrahim Yusuf Ngoshe, before Justice Aisha Kumaliya of the Borno State High Court, Maiduguri on a one-count charge of criminal misappropriation to the tune of N24,000,000.00 (Twenty-Four Million Naira).
The defendant pleaded “not guilty” to the charge preferred against him.
Counsel for the prosecution, Mukhtar Ali Ahmed asked the court for a trial date and to remand the defendant.
Justice Kumaliya remanded the defendant and adjourned the case till May 4, 2023, for trial.
