President-elect, Bola Tinubu, has pledged to be the chief servant and serve Nigeria with all he’s got.
He made the declaration in his acceptance speech shortly after her was declared winner in the Saturday February 25 presidential and National Assembly elections.
Tinubu appealed to opposition parties and his challengers to join him in his mission to achieve the desired country.
“Let’s collaborate and work together. I pomise to work with you,” Tinubu said.
Vice-president-elect, Kashim Shettima, All Progressives Congress National Chairman, Abdullahi Adamu, and APC governors, among otherswitnessed the declaration of Tinubu as president-electby the INEC Chairman.
The former Lagos State governor, praised Nigerians, especially those who voted for opposition parties, saying their move helped in deepening democracy in Nigeria.
The INEC at about 4:30 am of Wednesday declared Tinubu, who is the APC presidential candidate during Saturday’s election, as the president-elect.
Tinubu was declared the president-elect after the 70-year-old polled 8,794,726 votes to win the 2023 presidential election.
