At least eight people were injured when a roadside bomb hit a minibus that was carrying Taliban Government employees in Kabul, police said on Wednesday.
According to Kabul police spokesman Khalid Zadran, the vehicle was transporting personnel of the Ministry of Rural Rehabilitation and Development.
The incident was not immediately attributed to anyone.
Devastating explosions that were usually claimed by Islamic State began to occur frequently after the Taliban reclaimed control last year.
They mostly target Taliban leaders and members of minor religious groups.
Just over a month ago, a suicide bombing at a school in Kabul’s Shia-Hazara neighborhood left at least 53 students—mostly young women—dead and more than a hundred others injured. (dpa/NAN)
