Mara, a Pan-African digital finance ecosystem, has partnered with Afro Nation, the largest Afrobeats Music Festival in the world.

Between the 29th and 30th of December, at Marine Drive, Black Star Square in Accra, Ghana, Mara will serve as the Afro Nation Ghana 2022 official sponsor.

By introducing them to the Maraverse, Mara hopes to motivate young Africans to begin their path toward financial empowerment. Africans can interact with the Maraverse before, during, and after Afro Nation Ghana 2022 to learn free digital financial literacy.

Afro Nation Ghana 2022 is a component of a well-known international festival brand that brings together thousands of people in Africa and the diaspora in Europe, the US, and other countries to celebrate African music and visual arts. Among the biggest international acts headlining the eagerly anticipated music event are Ghana’s own Afropop, dancehall, and reggae mega star talent Stonebwoy, US hip hop tycoon Meek Mill, and renowned pair P-Square.

“With Africa having a population of more people aged under 20 than anywhere in the world, Africa is regarded as the future, and the future of Africa is young,” Chi Nnadi, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer said.

She said Mara was committed to supporting, investing, and empowering the dreams of diverse Africans by providing the education, tools, and resources needed to gain financial empowerment”

Susan Younis, Chief Marketing Officer, commented on the Afro Nation Ghana cooperation and said, “This collaboration offers Africans the unique opportunity to learn about the resources accessible. The biggest and best Afrobeats festival in the world is the place to be if you want to interact with Africans throughout the holiday season.

The Afro Nation Ghana event will offer a platform where people may express themselves, connect with like-minded people, and dare to dream in response to the growing desire for African creative artists’ footprint on the international arena.

The Afro Nation organizers expressed their excitement to be working with such a forward-thinking partner in this arena when asked about the new relationship with Mara for Ghana 2022. Mara shares our enthusiasm for giving young people interesting possibilities and is in line with our goal of making a meaningful and positive contribution to Africa’s future.

Asake, Rema, Dadju, Adekunle Gold, CKay, Black Sherif, Kuami Eugene, Kidi, Kamo Mphela, Gyakie, and Camidoh are among the additional guest performers scheduled. The official DJs are Scorpion Kings, Major League DJz, and Uncle Waffles.

More people will start their path to financial empowerment and learn how to generate digital wealth when the world observes the thriving African creative scene through the music festival in December.

The partnership is part of Mara’s efforts to connect with and empower the thinkers and builders of Africa while spotlighting the best of African culture as a passion-point at one of Africa’s biggest Music and Entertainment Festivals, that cuts across every part of the world.
