The House of Representatives on Tuesday was compelled to adjourn plenary over power failure in its chamber.
Speaker of the House, Femi Gbajabiamila, was left with no other option but to call for an adjournment, after the power outage that brough darkness into the chamber.
Dozens lawmakers were seen struggling to leave the chamber using their mobile phone torchlights.
The lawmakers had returned from a long recess last week.
