Mr Olukayode Emmanuel Olamilekan has been convicted and sentenced to two years for offences bordering on cybercrime.
The convict, 26, hails from Akure, Ondo State.
He was convicted and sentenced to two years imprisonment by Justice Muhammed Sani of the Federal High Court, Ilorin, Kwara State.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) Ilorin Zonal Command was arraigned on two-count charges.
He was later found guilty by the court.
The convict was among the thirty suspected internet fraudsters arrested in Ado-Ekiti on April 26, 2022 during a sting operation.
