About 749,065 voters are expected to participate in the Saturday’s governorship election in Ekiti State.
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) had put the number of registered voters in the state at 988,923.
It however said only 749,065 voters obtained their permanent voters cards to participate in the election as at Monday.
The election is expected to take place across the 2,445 polling units in the 16 local government areas of the state.
According to the INEC, 16 out of the 18 recognised political parties in the country will participate in the poll.
