Benue State Governor Samuel Ortom has been adopted as the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP)’s candidate for Benue north-west senatorial district in the forthcoming election.
He was adopted by delegates from the seven local government areas which make up the Benue north-west senatorial zone.
According to reports, he was also endorsed as the sole PDP senatorial candidate by the stakeholders from the zone to contest the Senate seat in March 2022.
