At least 10 persons are feared dead in an explosion at an illegal refinery Abia State.
The explosion happened in Uzuaku Community in the Ukwa West Local Government Area of the State, it was learned.
This is coming barely two weeks after another fire explosion killed over 100 persons at an illegal crude oil refining site in Imo State.
