Governor Aminu Waziri Tambuwal has accepted the resignation of Secretary to the state Government, Sa’idu Umar Ubandoma, his Chief of Staff, Mukhtar Umar Magori and 11 commissioners who resigned to seek elective offices.
The commissioners include the deputy governor of the state, Mannir Dan’iya who was overseeing the ministry for local government, Abdussamad Dasuki (Finance), Sagir Bafarawa (Environment), Bashir Gorau (Youths and Sports), Aminu Bala Bodinga (Lands and Housing) and retired Col. Garba Moyi (Careers and Security).
Others are Bashir Gidado (Commerce), Salihu Maidaji (Works), Shuaibu Gwanda Gobi (Water Resources), Abubakar Maikudi Ahmad (Solid Minerals) and Abdullahi Maigwandu (Religious Affairs).
