Ethiopia’s Geleta Ulfata has emerged winner of the 2022 Access Bank Lagos City Marathon.
Ulfata goes home with the $30,000 grand prize.
Ulfata beat about 300 marathoners that had traditional Kenyan marathoners on Saturday morning to win the 42km race.
Kenya’s Emmanuel Naibei won last year’s edition after he reached the finish line within 2hrs 15 mins 01 sec (official).
