Real Madrid get the three points as they beat Granada 1-0 in Laliga after an excellent goal from Asensio.
Both teams had their chances in the first half, Granada went close first after a Suarez half-volley early on which was well saved by Courtois.
Then Neva nearly toed the ball into his own goal from a Carvajal cross. Luckily for him, it hit the crossbar before being cleared.
Asensio and Isco also went close but the teams went into the break goalless.
Real Madrid switch up gear in the second half and could’ve gone ahead on a number of occasions if not for Granada goalkeeper.
However he was finally beaten in the 74th minute when Asensio fired from distance to give Madrid a well deserved victory.
Barcelona also beat Atletico Madrid 4-2 earlier today at Camp Nou.
