A Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Abuja Monday granted Sahara Reporters’ publisher, Mr. Omoyele Sowore bail in the sum of N20 million.
The Chief Magistrate Mabel Segun-Bello while ruling on the bail application admitted Mr. Sowore to bail with two sureties.
Four other people who were arrested with Mr. Sowore on the new year eve in Abuja for holding a protest against bad governance were granted bail in the sum of N1 million each.
