Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba Saliu Adetunji, passed away on Sunday morning.
The Ekarun Olubadan, High Chief Amidu Ajibade, confirmed the death of the monarch.
The Olubadan died at the University College Hospital (UCH) Ibadan in the early hours of Sunday while battling an undisclosed illness.
The late Olubadan was born on August 26, 1928.
He was the 41st Olubadan of Ibadan.
He became the Olubadan on March 4, 2016.
