Antonio Conte has been confirmed as the new head coach of Tottenham following the sack of Nuno Espirito Santo.
The 3-0 loss at home to Manchester United proved to be the last straw for the Spurs board, who have already lined up a successor for Nuno that was in charge of Spurs for only 4 months.
Nuno was handed an initial 2-year contract when he was appointed successor to Jose Mourinho in June 2021.
In four months Nuno took charge of just 17 games across all competitions, recording nine wins, one draw, and seven losses.
Five of those defeats came in the Premier League, with Crystal Palace, Chelsea, Arsenal, West Ham, and Manchester United getting the better of his side.
