Super Falcons of Nigeria will face Cote d’l voire in the second round of the 2022 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Ivorians thrashed Niger Republic 11-0 in the second leg of their first round contest in Abidjan on Monday. They won the contest 20-0 on aggregates.
The Super Falcons secured a place in the second round following a 2-1 aggregate win against Black Queens of Ghana. First leg Super Falcons beat Black Queens 2-0 at home.
The second leg the team lost 1-0 to Ghana in Accra.
The last time Super Falcons meet with the Ivorians was in Tokyo 2020 Olympic qualifiers, the Nigerian team was eliminated.
The second round qualifiers will hold in February, 2022
