Nigeria records 864 infections across the country.
This is a sharp drop from the 1,861 infections recorded on Wednesday.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) said discloswd in its update on Thursday that 127,024 cases have been record since the disease hit the country in February 2020.
It said a total of 100, 853 people have been discharged from various isolation centres across the country, while a total of 1547 deaths have been recorded.
