Akwa United beat MFM 5-2, emerging champions of the 2020/2021 Nigerian Professional Football League cup, with Charles Atshimene scoring a hat trick and 18 goals this season.

Mfon Udoh increased the lead to 3-0 with a brilliant finish after a good work by Ubong Friday. That was his 8th goal of the season.
Micheal Mbonu later converted a penalty for MFM to make it 3-1, before Charles Atshimene tucks in Wisdom Fernando’s cross to make it 4-1.
Charles Atshimene gets his hat trick of the game, soon as MFM got their second goal to end the game 5-2.
