Boko Haram has released photos of two soldiers and a Yobe State Liaison officer abducted along Damaturu-Maiduguri road on Sunday.
The two soldiers, a corporal and a private, were abducted on Saturday evening by Boko Haram terrorists along around Jakana village where the insurgents now operate on a daily basis.
The two soldiers were traveling on a pass permit to Kano in a commercial car when their vehicle was attacked by the terrorists.
The Yobe official along another person were abducted on Saturday while travelling to Maiduguri.
The insurgents have also released the identity cards of their abductees.
Two of the cards belong to the Yobe official, Mai Lalle, and one Mustapha while the other belongs to Lance Corporal Oyediran Adedotun of the Nigeria Army.
The ID card of the fourth abductee was not sighted from the list of the cards displayed by the insurgents.
The Maiduguri/Damaturu road has become now become a dangerous route, as terrorists attack on the road has now becomes a daily occurrences.
